Acting by screening out fossil fuels from investments at all levels of the church. And to invest in goods and services that support an immediate and just transition to a clean energy future.

  4. MARCHA – Methodistas Representando la Causa de los Hispanos Americanos (Methodists representing the cause of Hispanic Americans) –
    MARCHA's vision is to be an advocacy instrument for the Hispanic/Latino Methodist people that ensures that the contributions and cultural values of the Hispanic/Latino people are received and appreciated in the church and the society.

  5. MFSA – Methodist Federation for Social Action –
    MFSA is an intersectional social justice nonprofit that mobilizes Justice-Seeking People of Faith to take action on issues of peace, poverty, and people’s rights within the church, the nation, and the world.

  6. NFAAUM – New Federation of Asian American United Methodists –
    NFAAUM is focused on empowering Asian American local churches within The United Methodist Church. This includes advocating for their interests, coordinating programs and activities, promoting relevant ministries, encouraging participation, and engaging in charitable and educational activities. The organization aims to work with boards and agencies at various levels of the church to support the causes of Asian Americans.

  7. NAIC – Native American International Caucus –
    The purpose of the Native American International Caucus is to advocate for people in the administration of all matters about the Native American ministries by the various divisions, boards, agencies, commissions and other equivalent offices within the United Methodist Church. This is accomplished through sensitizing, educating, informing, engaging, and advocating.

    UMKR advocates for: divestment and boycott campaigns and actions that focus on from the complicity in Israeli apartheid and oppression, Political Action that supports human rights and international law, Responsible tourism in the Holy Land, and Education about the history and current conditions in Palestine and Israel, and the message of Palestinian Christians in "Kairos Palestine."

    The Creation Justice Movement is emerging at this kairos moment to connect and support groups within the United Methodist Church and beyond for the work of creation care, justice, and regeneration.

  14. UMQCC - United Methodist Queer Clergy Caucus –
    UMQCC is made up of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and intersex people who are called, commissioned, and ordained clergy in the United Methodist Church. UMQCC seeks to act in solidarity with one another and others who have been marginalized in the church.

    WMJM provides a venue where progressive persons of faith, presiding primarily in the Western United States, work together on significant issues of justice and peace both within and beyond The United Methodist Church.
